Jodie, the reception staff was extremely helpful and went out of her way to provide excellent customer service. I needed an urgent print out while checking out and she was able to help. Saved me a trip to a library on a long journey home! Steven the manager at the attached restaurant was very friendly and helped me sort out my meal deal.
Super staff - couldn't be more helpful. Hotel room was "well used" but good enough. Food was very good & again service was splendid.
We spent the Halloween weekend here with our family. A very cozy and charming hotel. The staff were very friendly, and the idea of a small gift was wonderful — the children were thrilled. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended!
Great staff who couldnt do more to help. ideal position for north wales. value for money is great rooms typical Prem Inn so comfortable bed, decent shower.
We stayed during Storm Amy! - The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Willing to cater for us, despite us being a little early, to beat the storm. The room was clean, as you’d expect and more than acceptable. We went for the food deal, at the on-site pub/restaurant. The food was very good. A slight misunderstanding with the bill at the end, but was over-shadowed by such a long wait for food. - 45 minutes in our case, and there were only 4 other tables sitting.
Clean rooms. Premier + are worth the extra money and ultimate wifi overcomes the lack of mobile coverage. Always a good breakfast.
All staff have been amazing but India has gone above and beyond her role and has been so kind and helpful. My mum was staying in the hotel after but was discharged from hospital with a fractured back giving me an hour's notice to pick her up, No way she can manage the stairs at home, so I made a panic phone call to the premiere inn. India not only secured me a room ground floor and as close to the hotel entrance as possible but did everything she could to try and find me a.disabled room within a 20 mile radius. And helped me book a few more nights (stress levels were too high to book online ) a million thank yous for being so kind xx
Fantastic stay at the hotel, rooms always clean, staff are fantastic, especially the manager Jodie, nothing was too much trouble for her! More than willing to help! Would definitely recommend! Will be back again for sure!
